Houston's collector base is built on energy money — upstream, midstream, and the services companies around them — and it shows up in the kind of watches we see: heavy on Rolex Sport and Daytona, Patek Nautilus and Aquanaut, and a fair number of Richard Mille pieces that don't come up much elsewhere in Texas. River Oaks, Memorial, and the Energy Corridor make up most of our volume, with a steady secondary flow from the Med Center's physician and executive population.

For loans of $500K or more, we send an appraiser to Houston rather than asking you to fly to LA — it's a scheduling call, not a standing office, so book a few days out. Below that threshold, most Houston clients find the LAX round trip (roughly 3.5 hours each way, frequent direct flights) faster than waiting on a Texas appointment slot, and travel costs are covered on qualifying loan sizes.
