The Texas path, step by step

It starts the same way for everyone: email photos and reference details, or run the LAL estimator for a wholesale-FMV range. That's where the Texas-specific decision gets made — for larger loans (typically $500K and up) out of Houston or Dallas–Fort Worth, an appraiser usually comes to you rather than the reverse, since we're in those markets often enough to make it worthwhile. Smaller loans and other Texas cities generally route through a trip to our Los Angeles appraisal location.

For the LA route: on qualifying loan amounts, round-trip flight cost is covered. You fly in, get appraised same-day, and if you accept the terms, funding follows within 24 hours — most clients are back in Texas before the transaction fully settles. If flying isn't practical, insured courier is available for pieces with clean documentation and no condition ambiguity, though we'd rather see higher-value or more complex pieces in person.

Timeline

• Submit photos + details → preliminary range within two hours (business hours)
• Book appraisal — local (Houston/DFW, qualifying size) or LA (flight covered on qualifying loans)
• In-person appraisal sets the final number, same day
• Accept terms → funding within 24 hours

What to send

• 4–6 clear photos of the asset (front, back, sides, condition detail)
• Reference number, date code, or model identifier
• Documentation: papers, certificates, provenance, GIA grading reports
• A brief note about how much you want to borrow and your timeline
